I began massage school in 1992 as a way to learn more about the human body with a hands-on approach. As a lifelong learner, massage has been a great avenue for exploring the various dimensions of being in a body. My education started with Swedish and Relaxation Massage and quickly led to Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment, Orthopedic Massage, Thai Massage, and most recently Craniosacral Therapy. Working with the body through massage has given me an endless path of discovery and curiosity of how we can heal through touch.
